Getting There...

Puleside Cot is a traditional licensed establishment enjoying superb views up the Wessenden Valley, and is only a short walk from the village of Marsden.  For those who may not wish to walk or drive, bus no. 184 (Huddersfield to Oldham, and vice-versa), can be alighted on Manchester Road (on the opposite side of the road from the New Inn public house).  Travel up Mount Road to the stop before the Hard End terminus (situated at the end of the last terrace row on the left hand side up Mount Rd, opposite Netherley Drive), where you can then cross Mount Road and start walking into Netherley Drive, and then continue up the connecting footpath off to the right uphill, which will bring you out onto Old Mount Road just below the 'Cot'.  You then need to turn left onto Old Mount Road, and will then see the club just a 100 yards up on the right hand side.
