Membership

If you visit on a regular basis and wish to become a member an application form can be picked up from the club during opening hours - please ask a member of staff behind the bar.  We take the privacy of our members information very seriously, and any information given by you on the form, necessary for the membership application process, is handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  Please refer to the clubs GDPR policies and procedures, which are displayed as part of the club’s general policies in the entrance hall.

Puleside WMC "The Cot" is managed by an elected Committee, made up of its members, who serve, and are answerable to,  the membership.

You can become a member of Puleside WMC "The Cot" for an annual subscription of only £12.00  
(plus an initial non returnable application fee of £2.00 when you first apply).

Benefits of being a member are therefore primarily that you have input into the operation of the club, either by joining the Committee, or attending the Annual General Meeting, which is held at the end of our annual trading period, 31st March, and put forward your views.

You also have the opportunity to suggest events that we may decide to promote throughout the year such as quizzes and theme nights - sheep racing, whisky tasting, curry night etc -, or make suggestions throughout the year in writing to the  committee which are then considered at the next Committee meeting.
