Becoming a member is straightforward, and please read below for the advantages.

An application form to apply to become a member can be picked up from the club during opening hours - please just ask a member of staff.  We take the privacy of our members information very seriously, and any information given by you on the form, necessary for the membership application process, is handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  Please refer to the clubs GDPR policies and procedures, which are displayed as part of the club’s general policies in the entrance hall.

The Cot is managed by an elected Committee, made up of its members, who serve, and are answerable to,  the membership.

You can become a member of Puleside Cot for an annual subscription of only £10.00  
(plus an initial non returnable application fee of £1.00 when you first apply).

Benefits of being a member are therefore primarily that you have input into the operation of the 'Cot', either by joining the Committee, or attending the Annual General Meeting, which is held at the end of our annual trading period, 31st March, and put forward your views.

You also have the opportunity to influence the events we decide to promote throughout the year, including trips, bands, quizzes and theme nights such as the wine and cheese evening, whisky tasting, or curry night, or make suggestions throughout the year by using the members suggestions forms, which are then considered at the next Committee meeting following the suggestion being submitted.
